✨ The woman behind the 5AM

Hi, I'm Olya.

Chaos coordinator of two little girls, early riser by necessity (and eventually by choice), and the person behind 5AM Mama. I started this because I was overwhelmed and couldn't find real help — so I figured it out myself and decided to share it.

My Story

From Overwhelmed to Intentional

After my first daughter was born, I genuinely felt like all I could do was take care of her — and even then, some days I didn't feel like I was doing that well. I was overwhelmed and exhausted. I thought something was wrong with me because I couldn't "get it all done."

My kids have always woken up at 5AM. That's actually how 5AM Mama started — not as a brand, but as a reality. I was up before anyone else wanted to be, and I had to figure out what to do with that time.

So I did what I always do when I feel stuck: I started learning. Over the years I've read every parenting and productivity book I could find, tried every routine system, and tested every activity idea with my own kids. Most of what I found was written for people with uninterrupted time and predictable days — which is no one's mom life.

Eventually I found what actually works. Simple systems. Realistic routines. Activities that don't require an arts degree to set up. Products that genuinely earn their place in the house. And a mindset shift — treating motherhood with the same respect and structure I gave to past careers.

5AM Mama is where I share all of it. No perfect aesthetics, no making it look easy. Just honest, tested, real-life stuff for mamas who want to do more than survive.

"We weren't meant to do this without support. Showing up, even when it's hard, is enough."

If you're tired, touched out, or craving less chaos and more connection — you're exactly who I made this for.

What 5AM Mama Stands For

The Values Behind Everything I Share

🎯

Real Over Perfect

Nothing on this site requires a Pinterest-worthy setup, a big budget, or a calm house. If it doesn't work in real life, I don't share it.

🌱

Intentional, Not Intense

Being intentional doesn't mean being rigid. It means making choices that reflect what actually matters to your family, not what looks good online.

💛

Moms Matter Too

A better day for your kids starts with a better day for you. Rest, boundaries, and systems aren't selfish — they're how you show up for everyone.
